We offer Free Delivery for orders of £70 or over.

Shipping Rates:

• Orders up to £19.99: delivery fee of £20.
• Orders between £20.00–£34.99: delivery fee of £15.
• Orders between £35.00–£49.99: delivery fee of £10.
• Orders between £50.00–£69.99: delivery fee of £5.
• Orders of £70 or over: free delivery.

We can deliver our foods Tuesday-Saturday with next day delivery.

We only deliver to the U.K., and delivery covers most of the England, Wales and south mainland Scotland.

Our main products are frozen food, they need to arrive on your doorstep within 48 hours. That means we can’t deliver to:

1.) Isle of Man
2.) Scilly Isles
3.) Northern Ireland
4.) Scottish areas with postcodes: AB30-AB38, AB41-AB56, DD9-10, FK17-2, G83, IV - all, KW1-KW17, PA21-PA80, PH15-PH21 and PH49-PH99

Yes, we use dry ice in our packaging to keep the foods frozen. See bottom of the page.

We use double-walled cardboard outer box, two denim insulated recyclable liners, a barrier bag for containing the dry ice for our packaging. See bottom of the page.

A tracking number will be provided after the order has been dispatched. Our courier is DX Courier.
