We stand behind every pack.

When you buy Premium, you're paying for visible marbling. That's our promise. If the marbling doesn't look right to you, we want to know — and we'll make it right.

What we guarantee

Every Premium product is hand-selected and graded for marbling before it reaches you. We're confident in what we send. But if something feels off — the marbling looks significantly lower than expected, the texture isn't what you hoped for, or the product doesn't match its description — just reach out.

We'll review your concern fairly and personally.

How to get in touch

It takes two minutes:

  1. Take a photo — a clear shot of the meat and packaging before you dispose of anything
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery or opening — use the form below
  3. Include your order number and a brief description of what concerned you

That's it. No lengthy forms, no long waits.

What happens next

We'll review within 2–3 working days. Where appropriate we'll offer store credit, a replacement, or a refund — depending on the situation.

A note on natural beef

Beef is a natural product. Some variation in colour and fat distribution between batches is completely normal and doesn't affect eating quality. Our guarantee covers marbling and quality concerns — not natural variation.
