Cut from the tail end of the chuck roll, this part naturally carries richer marbling and deeper beef flavour than short ribs, offering a more indulgent eating experience.

Why do we do this product?
Chuck Tail Flap is scarce and it has always been one of our most important goals to do this in the UK.
As a meat enthusiast, we always crave for something special and something tricky.
Chuck Tail Flap is a tender and rich flavor cut, with this Premium grade version, it elevates the satisfaction even further. With the rich, delicate and redundant marble, it will melt in your mouth. After cooking in a broth no more than 5s to 10s, and simply add a few drops of soy sauce (a bit of coriander, chilli flakes may be) to it, โfuiyohโ!!!!

Preparation Tips:
- Best to defrost the whole pack unopened in a fridge for 12 to 24 hours before usage, this would keep the beef cold enough to stay in shape and less meat juice is formed. Or immerse the whole pack un-opened in cold water for 15 to 20 mins for faster defrost result.
- To achieve the bright red colour of the beef, open the pack toย let the meat in touch with air inside the fridge, sit it there for 15mins to 45mins and it will become bright red.

- Meat must be cooked thoroughly.ย
- Use within 72 hours of opening.ย
