We offer this A3 Wagyu cut as a perfect alternative to our premium A4 version, which is richer in marbling and priced higher. While the A3 has slightly less marbling, it excels in versatility, making it ideal for dishes like hot pot, Shabu Shabu, and beef Negimaki (Japanese Teppanyaki beef rolls). This cut delivers great flavor and texture tailored to these culinary styles.
